Internal Affairs are a unique department as compared to others, this is because Internal Affairs are the only department consisting entirely of Roleplay Staff. What does that mean? Internal Affairs are a department that exist both in and out of character, meaning they handle things such as recordskeeping, and monitoring among other tasks, while also having the capacity to handle things such as safety concerns, rule violations, and otherwise harmful behavior.
Executive Agent: N/A
⚠ IMPORTANT: Function-First Department
Internal Affairs is a function-first department and is NOT accepting new applicants.
Internal Affairs personnel are selected exclusively based on demonstrated need, trust, and roleplay capability. Unlike other departments, IA positions are not open to general application. The department requires staff members who can handle both in-character and out-of-character responsibilities with exceptional judgment and discretion.
What Acceptance Means
If accepted into Internal Affairs, you would immediately be promoted to Roleplay Manager, effectively a moderator role. This is not a regular departmental position. You would be granted staff-level responsibilities and authority to manage roleplay operations and handle rule violations across the entire site.
Want to Apply Anyway?
If you believe you are absolutely the most qualified, experienced, and trustworthy candidate for a Roleplay Manager position, and are willing to accept an extremely low probability of acceptance, you may submit an application. This application will likely not be read or accepted unless you demonstrate exceptional qualifications that would immediately warrant staffing you as a moderator.
