The Administrative Department serves as not only the department responsible for personnel management, but also handling Human Resources, and recruritment.

The Technical Services Department (TSD) provides essential technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and specialized services to ensure the smooth operation of Site-89's facilities and systems.

Internal Affairs is responsible for investigating internal misconduct, ensuring compliance of all personnel with Site-89 Guidelines, and maintaining the integrity of every leader in the foundation to ensure there is no abuse of power or corruption within the site. Internal Affairs also handles all disciplinary actions and conducts regular audits to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Interestingly, Internal Affairs is the only department to exist both In and Out of Character as they serve as the moderation team.

The Scientific Department (ScD) has multiple divisions specializing in research, anomaly testing, occult studies, and medical oversight. All divisions work to understand anomalies and ensure containment procedures protect the public.

The Security Department (SD) ensures site security, anomaly containment, and personnel protection. All requests are processed through Security Command to the appropriate subdepartment.

While Site-89 does not have the entire Mobile Task Force at our fingertips, we do have the Red-Four Squadron, a group of operatives from Mobile Task Force Unit Nu-7 "Hammer Down" that are stationed nearby to serve as a quick reaction force to respond to and aid with any form of external threat to the Site.
